7OH2 Hospitality is seeking a professional, detailed oriented and standard driven Restaurant Managers to join our dynamic hospitality group. As a Restaurant Manager at 7OH2 Hospitality, you are a leader of a dining establishment. You will provide inspirational leadership to a team of dedicated professionals, motivating them to perform at their best. Working closely with your team, you will develop strategies to optimize cost management and boost sales within the company. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our guests enjoy a positive and memorable dining experience. Restaurant Managers must truly possess a “Hospitality Mentality!”
responsibilities.
Running role model shift within 3 different concepts.
Trains and develops team members.
Organizes & oversees staff schedule based on AOR’s.
Conduct timely & constructive performance evaluations for team members of assigned department(s)
Handle team member discipline and terminations following restaurant policies.
Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
Prioritize guest satisfaction across all aspects of the dining experience.
Address guest complaints diplomatically and courteously, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulations related to alcoholic beverages.
Manage inventory and procure food and supplies efficiently.
Perform daily inspections of the restaurant and equipment to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain sales records and monitor cash receipts.
Prepare and submit operational reports and requested documentation to the General Manager
Perform any other duties as assigned.
qualifications.
Minimum of 2 years as a Manager at a High-Volume concept.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest service.
Outstanding time management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and high standards.
Familiarity with food handling, safety, and restaurant guidelines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Able to work a flexible schedule (opening, mid, & closing), especially during pre-opening and opening stages of the establishment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Successful completion of the corporate training program is mandatory.
